Improve handling and stability of the 2009-2016 Touring Models. This unit also protects and reinforces the lower rear cross member. Reduce rubber isolator wear; add back the "missing links"!

This rear unit stabilizer will mitigate swing-arm lateral isolator movement yet allow up and down movement to continue the rider's vibration isolation experience.

PN 20-00-09 will provide approximately a 75% improvement. A 3-point system for total control was the design implementation Eric Buell advised H-D was needed to mitigate lateral instability in the rubber mount motor to frame design which began in 1980.

Do not install the front unit unless a rear unit is already installed.
