GENERAL POLICY: True-Track, Inc. sells to motorcycle businesses and to the general public. For dealer pricing a dealer application must be on file at True-Track, Inc. prior to ordering. Dealer applications can be obtained by calling 818-623-0697 or by visiting our web site at www.true-track.com.

WARRANTY: True-Track, Inc warrants to the original purchaser that all the parts True Track, Inc. manufactures under its trademarked name to be free of manufacturing defects, materials, and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the event warranty service is required, you must call True-Track, Inc. immediately with a description of the problem. If it is necessary for True-Track, Inc. to make an evaluation to determine whether the parts are defective, a return authorization will be issued by True-Track, Inc. The parts must be packaged properly to prevent further damaging and returned pre-paid to True-Track, Inc. with a copy of the original invoice, and a letter outlining the nature of the problem. If after the evaluation by True-Track, Inc. the parts are found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. True-Track, Inc. shall have no obligation if a part becomes defective as a result of improper installation or abuse.

True-Track, Inc. is also a distributor of products not manufactured under its trademarked name. For those products a separate warranty program is in place. True-Track, Inc. makes no representations or warranties as to any of the products distributed by us, expressed or implied including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. All matters shall be interpreted under California law. All merchandise distributed by True-Track, Inc. is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship only. Final decision will be made in a just and prompt manner. Replacement will be limited to parts only and does not include labor claims of any type. If a manufacturer has a written warranty, it will be included with the item you purchased. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design and manufacture and testing of its products and we accept no liability for such damages. We shall not be liable for consequential damages.

PLACING ORDERS: We are open Monday through Friday 8am-6pm PST. You can place orders by phone (818) 623-0697, by fax (818) 623-8705, or purchase 24-hours, seven-days a week from our web site at www.true-track.com.

EXCHANGES/MISSING ITEMS: Incorrect, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of the time the products are received. No exchange will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: True-Track’s preferred method of shipping in the continental US and overseas is via USPS. Once a package is scanned as delivered, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would prefer a signature confirmation, please request one at the time of order placement. This service will incur a charge to the customer and/or vendor. NO REFUNDS will be issued by True-Track, Inc. for packages scanned as delivered to the correct and/or requested address.

RETURNS:  You may return most new, unopened items which were not special ordered. Returns will incur a 10% restocking fee based on original purchase price of item(s). The parts must be packaged properly to prevent damage and returned pre-paid to True-Track, Inc. with a copy of the original invoice. If an item must be returned as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective part) we will reimburse the return shipping costs. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. True-Track, Inc. shall have no obligation if a part becomes defective as a result of improper installation or abuse. If you would like to make a return, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: As a condition precedent to any True-Track, Inc. warranty, the party to any warranty claim waives any right to a jury trial, and agrees that for purposes of jurisdiction and venue, the transaction between True-Track, Inc. and the buyer occurred in California, and the buyer agrees that all disputes, claims, or controversies of any kind or nature that may arise between the buyer and True-Track, Inc. or shall be brought in the state of federal courts of Los Angeles County, California with appropriate jurisdiction over the dispute.

BACK ORDERS: Back Orders will be kept open and shipped as soon as possible.

EXCHANGE: True-Track, Inc. reserves the right to apply an exchange to items listed in the catalog or on the True-Track Inc. web site. Customer agrees to pay the exchange in full unless otherwise stated. Customer is expected to ship, at their expense, their unmodified item within a reasonable amount of time to True-Track, Inc. Once received True-Track Inc. will examine the item. True-Track, Inc. reserves the right to accept or deny the item depending on condition. If accepted True-Track, Inc. will refund the Exchange in full back to the customer per the conditions agreed upon at time of order or other agreed upon terms.

True-Track, Inc. assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind, because of misuse or improper application of any parts in anyway by any person. True-Track, Inc. expects the end user to exercise good judgment.
